Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies. The delivery time of a product would be mentioned in the product description. Products that are made on order basis require 7-9 working days to dispatch. For orders within India, the shipping takes 2 - 3 working days.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will offer support in helping you track down your package through our partnering courier company.

Exchanges and Returns

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.

If you would like to have a size exchanged or if the product you received is damaged, please write to us at [email protected] and our customer care team will revert to you within 1-2 business days. For exchange, kindly keep the product in its original packaging with the tag attached.

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We will take care of the shipping, when a new piece of the product is delivered to you.

The Miraya store reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.

All products to be returned must be notified to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 working days of the receipt of the order. We would require you to deliver all the original documents along with the product.

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed with Miraya Store, it cannot be cancelled. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery to our customers. As a result, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been confirmed.
