Shipping

At "Miraya" we take great care in delivering your products to you and we partner only with reputed Courier Services (Shipped within 1 to 3 days). For both shipping within India and internationally shipping is calculated once you put in your location.

Delivery time will be mentioned during the placing of order, please note number of days mentioned excludes non-working days and holidays. Miraya will not be held responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Exchanges and Returns

All our products have been Hand crafted by Skilled Artisan of India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. We can’t accept returns and exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewellery.

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.

If you would like to have a size exchanged or if the product you received is damaged, please write to us at [email protected] and our customer care team will revert to you within 1-2 business days. For exchange, kindly keep the product in its original packaging with the tag attached.

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We will take care of the shipping, when a new piece of the product is delivered to you.

The Miraya store reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.

All products to be returned must be notified to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 working days of the receipt of the order. We would require you to deliver all the original documents along with the product.
